Job summary

Premier Roofing Company is seeking a quota-driven closer who builds a personal pipeline in home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims sales. You’ll prospect, develop territory, and convert warm leads from our in-house R3 marketing system.

You’ll be held to clear sales quotas, manage the full cycle from inspection to claim to signed contract, and receive comprehensive training, a company vehicle, and a strong compensation package with base pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven, quota-driven outside sales experience in home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims.
• Comfort prospecting and building your own business—not just working leads handed to you.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools and mobile sales apps.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own territory pipeline through direct prospecting and referrals.
• Close high-quality, company-generated leads using our proven sales process and CRM.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from inspection to insurance claim to signed contract.
• Hit monthly quota and pipeline targets, so you always know exactly where you stand.
