Premier Roofing Company in Charlotte is seeking a quota-driven closer to join our sales team. If you’ve built a career in home improvement, roofing, construction, or insurance-claims sales and are used to generating your own business, this role is for you.

You’ll build your own pipeline through door-to-door prospecting and referrals, convert warm leads from our in-house marketing system, and hit clear quotas with full training and a real path to grow your career.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven outside sales experience in home improvement, roofing, or related fields.
• Experience building and managing your own territory.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own territory pipeline through direct prospecting and referrals
• Close high-quality, company-generated leads using our proven sales process and CRM
• Manage the full sales cycle - from inspection to insurance claim to signed contract
• Hit monthly quota and pipeline targets, so you always know exactly where you stand
