Premier Roofing Company in Kansas City is hiring a quota-driven closer who builds their own pipeline through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and territory development. You will convert warm leads from our in-house marketing system and manage the full sales cycle from inspection to signed contract.

You must be comfortable prospecting, have 2+ years of outside sales success, a valid driver's license, and be tech-savvy with CRM tools. Base salary plus commission and full benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of proven, quota-driven outside sales success (home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims experience preferred).
• Comfort prospecting and building your own business - not just working leads handed to you.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools and mobile sales apps.

• Build and manage your own territory pipeline through direct prospecting and referrals
• Close high-quality, company-generated leads using our proven sales process and CRM
• Manage the full sales cycle - from inspection to insurance claim to signed contract
• Hit monthly quota and pipeline targets, so you always know exactly where you stand
