Qualifications

• Experience: 0–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Professional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs.
• Must report daily to Holt, MO headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Generate opportunities via local canvassing and outreach.
• Inspect residential roofs and identify damage.
• Present premium material options and financing to homeowners.
• Run pre-booked appointments and follow up with prospects.
