Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound B2C leads, advance the sales cycle, close new business, and upgrade existing accounts. You will qualify opportunities, conduct outreach by phone and email, and strive to meet monthly quotas while delivering excellent member service.

You will join a team that values collaboration, professional selling skills, and a strong focus on growing revenue in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of direct inside or outside sales experience.
• Proven success in qualifying opportunities and closing deals.
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals.
• Provide an exceptional member experience with each interaction.
• Follow up on leads and quotes by phone and email.
• Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
• Explain A3SH’s home security solutions and value propositions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce.
• Travel may be required; weekends on rotation.
