Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Utah seeks motivated individuals to represent and sell AAA membership and insurance products. You will use proven sales techniques, conduct insurance reviews, and help members choose the right coverage with guidance from our licensed teams.

Training is paid; shifts include early mornings to evenings; 40 hours per week, 8AM-10PM coverage seven days a week. A valid, active insurance license is required within 30 days of hire, with strong multitasking and communication

Qualifications

• Must live in Arizona or Utah.
• Active and unrestricted state-issued insurance license within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent multitasking and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Use sales techniques to proactively offer AAA products and services and generate new sales.
• Conduct insurance reviews to identify suitable products and coverages.
• Cross-sell and upsell to existing members and handle inbound/outbound calls.
• Provide a consistent sales experience that enhances member loyalty to the AAA brand.
