Coughlin Toyota of Heath is seeking an experienced Service Writer/Advisor to own the customer experience in our service lane and to be the first point of contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. You will coordinate with technicians, write repair orders, and ensure clear communication throughout the service process.

The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service customers. As a Service Advisor you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the customer as it relates to their vehicle: status, repairs and diagnostics. You need to be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.
