Coughlin Kia of Lancaster is seeking an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for our QuickLane to deliver outstanding customer service in the service lane. You will own the customer experience, communicate vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics, and coordinate with technicians and customers.

At Coughlin Kia of Lancaster, we've got more business than we can handle and we need you! We are currently looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for our Quicklane at our location.

The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service customers. As a Service Advisor you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the customer as it relates to their vehicle: status, repairs and diagnostics. You need to be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer service calls, set and confirm appointments
• Write repair orders
• Act as a liaison between the technician and customer
• Assist your client through the service process.
• Collaborate with various team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure
