Coughlin Kia of Lancaster is seeking an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for our Quicklane. You will be the primary contact for service customers, owning the customer experience in the service lane and coordinating status, repairs and diagnostics.

At Coughlin Kia of Lancaster, we've got more business than we can handle and we need you! We are currently looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for our Quicklane at our location.

The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service customers. As a Service Advisor you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the customer as it relates to their vehicle: status, repairs and diagnostics. You need to be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.
