Job summary

Finnegan Auto Group in Rosenberg, TX is seeking a Service Advisor to oversee the Quick Lane flow and deliver prompt, courteous service. You will take ownership of the customer experience and ensure inquiries are handled with care, both in person and over the phone.

Ideal candidates communicate well, maintain a professional appearance, and can manage multiple technicians’ schedules while ensuring quality service and positive dealership impressions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Quick Lane and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing assignments that leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone, to avoid mishandling the customer experience.
• Ensure daily technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Quick Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
