Job summary

Finnegan Auto Group in Rosenberg, TX seeks a friendly, organized Service Concierge to support our Quick Lane. You will ensure prompt, courteous service and take ownership of the customer experience from intake to delivery.

Responsibilities include balancing daily technician time, directing work efficiently, and providing concierge support for owner inquiries. You will help the dealership leave a positive impression and contribute to community-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Quick Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, phone or in person.
• Ensure daily technician time is efficiently allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians to optimize service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Quick Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
