Job summary

Moffitt's Ford in Missouri is seeking a reliable lube technician to join our service team. You will perform oil changes, fluid checks, and basic inspections with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year in a quick lube department preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and fluid top-offs on customer vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles and report findings digitally.
• Test drive vehicles to verify service and fluid levels.
• Check tire pressure and proper inflation.
• Clean vehicles after service and maintain work area.

Responsibilities

• Change oil, and other fluids on customer vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles and communicate findings digitally
• Drive the vehicle for testing purposes and inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Ensure tire pressure is at proper inflation.
• Properly clean vehicles after services
• Maintain efficiency through an organized and clean work environment.
• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of automobiles and speedy work ethic
• Effective communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• One year in a quick lube department (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
