Job summary

APAC Tennessee, Inc., a CRH company, seeks a Quarry Plant Operator to support safe, efficient quarry and plant operations near Memphis. You will perform labor tasks, assist with crushing and washing equipment, and respond to production issues as directed by supervision.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work nights/weekends when needed, and willingness to travel. A high school diploma and up to two years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year related experience preferred.
• Read and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and use measurements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aggregate crusher, washer, and surroundings for safe, efficient operation.
• Perform labor tasks: shoveling, sweeping, painting, tire work, lifting and pulling.
• Communicate production issues to supervisor or lead person.
• Ability to work varying shifts and travel when required.
