Job summary

APAC Tennessee, Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a Quarry Plant Operator to support aggregate processing operations in Mississippi. You will maintain crushers, washers, and related equipment, perform routine lubrication, cleaning, painting, and assist with mechanical tasks as directed by the plant foreman.

Must be able to work in varying weather, travel if required, and work nights or weekends when needed; one year of related experience preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math in all units of measure.
• Willing to work varied shifts including nights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aggregate crusher, washer, and equipment.
• Shoveling, sweeping, steam cleaning, painting, and tire work.
• Communicate production issues to supervisor or lead person.
• Able to work overtime and travel as required.
• Report to work at designated start time.
• Other duties as assigned per supervisor.
