APAC Mississippi, Inc. is hiring a Plant/Site Manager for Tremont, MS to oversee daily operations of the quarry, personnel, scheduling, and maintenance. You will ensure efficient production, safety compliance, and cost control while leading a team on site.

The role requires experience in plant operations, strong leadership, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment. Extensive safety training and MSHA compliance are essential; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 3+ years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, coach, and motivate personnel.
• Oversee safety programs and enforce policies.
• Manage quarry workforce daily and direct on-site work.
• Maintain quality assurance and routine site upkeep.
• Control expenditures, inventory, and reports.
• Inspect vehicles/equipment and report repairs.
• Assist with incidents, investigations, and safety compliance.
• Review time cards and ensure attendance.
• Adhere to company policies and travel as required.
