APAC Mississippi, Inc. is seeking a Plant/Site Manager to oversee the quarry's day-to-day operations, personnel management, scheduling, and maintenance.

The role requires ensuring efficient site operation, safety program enforcement, and cost control to maximize profitability across the quarry, region, and company. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in processing environments, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Must be capable of operating heavy equipment when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, coach, and motivate personnel.
• Oversee MSHA safety programs and policies.
• Manage quarry workforce daily and direct work at sites.
• Maintain quality assurance of the quarry.
• Control expenditures and maximize profits for the quarry and region.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment and report repairs.
• Report problems to Superintendent, Safety, or HR.
• Review time cards and monitor attendance.
• Adhere to all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations.
