Amrize seeks a Quarry Manager for Ada Cement Plant OK to lead mining operations, ensure safe production, and meet customer demands. You will manage plans, oversee safety, and optimize costs while coordinating with plant teams.

The role requires 5–8 years of proven mine operation experience, a related degree, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP. Travel is limited, with 0–10% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5-8 years of equivalent experience as a successful manager of a mine operation.
• Must be a proven successful quarry manager with experience in aggregate manufacturing or related industry.
• 5-8 years of equivalent experience as a successful manager of a mine operation.
• Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office and SAP

Responsibilities

• Manage quarry operations to produce sufficient quantities and quality of aggregates.
• Ensure safety compliance with MSHA and company requirements.
• Oversee mine planning, surveying, and ground control.
• Monitor costs to meet budgetary goals and optimize production.
