Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Manager - Aggregate to lead mining production, staffing, and safety at the assigned plant in North America. You will plan, direct, and optimize processes to meet dispatcher requests with cost efficiency and quality.

Healthcare, safety, and environmental responsibilities are embedded in daily operations. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Management and 5–7 years of aggregate mining experience; SAP experience is a plus and strong computer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Management, with 5-7 years of aggregate mining and plant production experience.
• Computer proficiency required; SAP experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage plant staffing and inventory to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, and Quality Control to optimize operations.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and costs are controlled.
