Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead plant operations at the Ada Cement Plant in OK. You will oversee process performance, safety adherence, and coordination with lab and maintenance teams to ensure reliable production schedules.

Responsibilities include supervising hourly staff, monitoring control systems, and using SAP for work orders and time entry, while maintaining quality, safety, and cost targets. The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing and a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years of equivalent experience in aggregate manufacturing or related industry.
• Field of Study Preferred: Manufacturing Industry related field preferred.
• Required Work Experience: 3 - 5 years in manufacturing operation.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continual observation of operation of all processes and control system indicators.
• Supervise process and hourly employees and coordinate with lab technicians.
• Ensure that quality and environmental ISO standards are met.
• Use SAP to issue work orders, time entry, and other required system information.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety compliance in all work areas.
