Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Ada Cement Plant in Oklahoma.

The role focuses on safety, quality, and cost control, supervising hourly staff and coordinating with lab and maintenance teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality clinker and cement output. The candidate should have 3-5 years of manufacturing experience or a Bachelor's degree, with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of aggregate manufacturing experience.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing operation is required.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the plant safety program through daily contacts and safety meetings.
• Supervise process and hourly employees and coordinate with lab technicians.
• Ensure quality and environmental ISO standards are met.
• Review laboratory results to assure consistent product quality.
• Use SAP to issue work/material requisitions and time entries.
• Monitor equipment to maintain production requirements and control costs.
• Promote a culture of health, safety and environmental compliance.
