Job summary

Quantinuum seeks a Senior Director of Technical Solutions to lead the Solutions Architecture team and the Technical Sales Solutions Specialist group, aligning technical strategy with business goals and customer needs. You will guide the customer solutions lifecycle from use cases to value realization and oversee a portfolio of strategic engagements.

The role requires deep quantum technology expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams

Qualifications

Must have strong leadership experience directing customer-facing technical teams.
Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business value.
Experience in industrial research programs or technical leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead the Solutions Architecture and Technical Sales Solutions Specialist teams.
Define vision, strategy, and operating model for the Technical Solutions function.
Establish standards, governance, and best practices across both teams.
Develop talent, create career pathways, and drive succession planning.
Partner with Commercial leadership to support pipeline growth and opportunity qualification.
Oversee portfolio, delivery, risk, and customer outcomes across engagements.
Act as senior technical authority for a designated industry domain.
