Job summary

Quantinuum seeks a Sr. Director, Offering Management to lead the strategy and execution of our cloud-based quantum developer platform from London or the US offices.

You will align platform capabilities with hardware roadmaps and drive adoption by simplifying quantum workflows across hybrid environments. You will own the developer journey, define monetization strategies, and partner with engineering to build scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product/offering management for developer platforms, cloud services, HPC, or advanced compute systems.
• Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve a multi-year platform strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Identify platform capabilities for future workloads and hardware generations.
• Drive build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions for platform components.
• Establish KPIs to measure adoption and developer productivity.
• Translate trends into actionable platform investments.
• Translate platform capabilities into revenue enablement and market growth.
• Define monetization and packaging strategies (e.g., usage-based tiers).
• Build business cases for large-scale infrastructure investments.
• Own the end-to-end developer journey across segments with onboarding and tooling improvements.
• Champion APIs, SDKs, documentation, templates for consistency and ease of use.
• Promote user analytics and direct engagement to reduce friction.
• Identify and remove biggest sources of developer friction.
• Partner with engineering to define scalable architectures.
• Be a spokesperson for our platform and translate needs via MRD.
