Job summary

Quantinuum is seeking a seasoned corporate strategist to own and drive the company’s strategy across hardware, software, services, and commercial functions in the United States. Translate quantum innovation into executable, multi-year plans with aligned priorities and disciplined resource allocation.

You will lead STRAP, governance cadences, and enterprise-wide strategy execution, partnering with executives to shape narratives and ensure accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership of corporate strategy in a complex, R&D-led environment (e.g., quantum, AI, semiconductors, advanced computing).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end STRAP process and deliver a clear, multi-year corporate strategy with explicit choices, integrated priorities, and outcome-linked plans across hardware, software, services, commercial, and business functions.
• Own a closed-loop execution framework translating strategy into measurable initiatives, KPIs/OKRs, and governance cadences across all functions.
• Own the annual and multi-year business planning process ensuring plans and targets align to strategic priorities across technical, commercial, and business functions.
• Own development of vertical strategies and define where to play and how to win from a customer-back perspective.
• Own platform and value chain strategy to define segments, partnerships, and monetization approaches.
• Own integration of strategy across hardware, software, applications, commercial, and business functions for enterprise alignment.
• Own the enterprise portfolio and resource allocation framework to maximize strategic impact.
• Own the strategic intelligence agenda and deliver insight on customers, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Own governance of enterprise strategic initiatives with clear ownership and resourcing across teams.
• Own strategy engagement with the Executive Team and Board, delivering compelling narratives and recommendations.
• Own translation of strategy into clear internal narratives with Marketing for organization-wide alignment.
