Job summary

The University of New Mexico is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Quantum New Mexico Institute (QNM-I). The role focuses on coordinating events, communications, and day-to-day program administration under the Sr.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties.
  • Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate events and logistics for meetings, workshops, and tours with senior staff.
  • Assist communications by writing/editing promotional and educational materials; support presentations.
  • Publish updates to the QNM-I website as needed.
  • Assist with purchasing, track spending, and support procurement processes.
  • Maintain data and records related to QNM-I activities; provide program reporting support.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
