Job summary

Conductor Quantum is establishing operations in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is seeking an experienced operations lead to run the site. You will manage the founders' calendars, vendors, and the amentities of the lab and office, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance.

This role is foundational to scaling as the company grows in the state. You will own procurement, vendor relationships, onboarding, and coordination of NM hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting executives or founders in a fast-moving org.
• Strong calendar and travel management skills.
• Experience coordinating lab/office logistics and vendors.
• Adaptable to a startup environment with high ownership.
• Familiarity with compliance and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the founders' calendars, travel, and priorities.
• Run Albuquerque office and engineering workspace operations daily.
• Manage purchasing workflows from quote to delivery; track vendors.
• Handle NDAs, contracts, and onboarding documents.
• Coordinate recruitment logistics for NM hires and onboarding.
