Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Quantitative Analytics Associate in its Co-brand Credit Card Analytics team.

You will develop analytical plans to understand and improve portfolio performance across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, partnering with product, marketing, finance, and data teams to align insights with business priorities. You will translate findings into actionable recommendations for partnership strategy, rewards optimization, and customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent; 2+ years of applied data analytics experience
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
• Experience using Python, R, or SAS for analysis and communicating insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to structure ambiguous questions
• Clear communication of complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven stakeholder management and data-driven decision influence
• Demonstrated collaboration across teams and levels of seniority
• High attention to detail and a governance-minded approach

Responsibilities

• Execute analytics to assess and improve portfolio performance across acquisition economics, spend, engagement, retention, and attrition
• Develop measurement approaches to identify key drivers and quantify opportunities
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for partnership strategy, rewards optimization, and customer experience enhancements
• Build and maintain recurring partner reporting and performance narratives for senior stakeholders
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management and partner executives in clear, decision-ready formats
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align analyses to business priorities and drive outcomes
• Maintain a rigorous controls environment with data accuracy, documentation, and governance
• Automate and scale analytics using modern tools to improve efficiency and reliability
