Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate within the Card Data & Analytics team in New York. You will transform customer behavioral data into actionable insights, guide marketing strategies, and improve card profitability through targeted campaigns and product innovations.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and risk to translate analyses into clear recommendations that influence resource allocation and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience
• Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proven track record delivering analytics and insights to management
• Hands-on data mining techniques and translating analysis into strategy
• Proficiency in Python or SAS and strong SQL skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Alteryx) and big data platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to develop actionable insights
• Apply advanced analytical methods to identify patterns and inform business decisions
• Communicate results clearly to business partners and senior leadership
• Conduct analyses across marketing, finance, and risk using visualization and reporting tools
• Serve as subject matter expert on data-driven decision making
• Partner with clients to solve quantitative business problems and optimize performance
• Contribute to data models, analytics architecture, and enterprise data strategy
• Identify data quality issues and opportunities for process improvements
