Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York seeks a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate to guide strategic decisions with dashboards, reporting, and deep-dive analyses across the Card Data & Analytics organization. Work with stakeholders to translate customer behavior into insights shaping marketing strategies and profitability.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and risk teams to turn complex analyses into actionable recommendations and drive portfolio optimization and campaign

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 2+ years.
• Strong communication skills to influence partners at all levels.
• Proven track record delivering analytics and insights to multiple management levels.
• Hands-on data mining and translating analysis into business strategy.
• Proficiency in Python or SAS and experience with Big Data platforms (Snowflake/Databricks).
• Strong SQL skills for extracting and analyzing data from relational databases.
• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or similar visualization tools.
• Excellent problem solving and ability to simplify complex findings.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication for senior leaders.

• Manage and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Apply advanced analytics to identify patterns and translate findings into insights.
• Communicate results clearly to business partners and senior leadership.
• Conduct analyses across marketing, product, finance, and risk functions using modern tools.

• Align with data owners to contribute to data models and analytics architecture.
• Identify data quality issues and connect findings to business processes.
• Deliver programs autonomously with limited oversight.
