Job summary

IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services, delivering electrical, mechanical and communications contracting solutions. The Quality Supervisor leads a team of Quality Training Specialists to implement training and quality standards across the organization.

The role partners with the Quality Manager to define procedures, review reports, and drive improvements. Travel up to 50% is required to support training and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three years training experience
• Five years project management experience in telecommunications, electrical or related technical/construction field.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Quality Manager to establish quality procedures and standards across business units.
• Review reports to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Proactively identify waste reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor performance and provide data-driven recommendations.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

BICSI trainer certification (preferred)
