Job summary

The role supports review and approval of patient information, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with branch leadership on staff training.

The ideal candidate has nursing or physical therapy training, an active license, CPR, and at least one year of experience in Medicare home health or hospice.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing or physical therapy program.
• Must maintain a valid clinical license and CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year experience; Medicare home health or hospice setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient information submitted by LP during start of care, recertification, resumption of care, or evaluation visit.
• Partner with branch leadership to provide ongoing education and training to LPs on documentation requirements to meet regulatory standards.
• Provide in-depth training one-on-one when necessary; promote quality patient care and maintain relations with referrals, patients, caregivers and staff.
