Job summary

IES is seeking a Quality Training Specialist to develop and deliver trade-related curriculum and lead quality audits. You will train new and existing teams, assess performance and administer exams to ensure alignment with company standards.

Ideal candidates will have several years in training, concrete project management experience in telecom or construction, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Travel within territory may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years training experience or related role.
• Five (5) years project management experience in telecom, electrical or related field preferred.
• BICSI certified trainer preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide trade-related training in classroom settings with hands-on demonstrations.
• Create pre-employment trade-related skill assessments (hands-on and written).
• Plan, conduct and evaluate management training to prepare employees for job results.
• Conduct needs assessments by gathering information on procedures and workflows.
• Deliver training using classroom, software, webinars, and virtual classrooms.
