Job summary

Celestica Inc. seeks a Team Leader for Operations Quality to supervise Quality Support 1-3 staff, manage IQA results, and drive corrective actions for defects. The role coordinates with MRB and QA teams to ensure adherence to IPC‑A‑610 and industry standards.

The position requires planning, training, and leadership to improve daily quality metrics and maintain 5S housekeeping across the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four to six years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and general company rules/procedures.
• Ability to lead, manage, train and motivate Quality Support 1-3 employees.

Responsibilities

• Review defects found by Quality Inspector and drive for corrective action.
• Prepare reports and submit NCMR to MRB team.
• Plan working hours and overtime for Quality Support 1-3.
• Generate and submit daily/weekly quality performance reports.
• Provide supervision and training to Quality Support 1-3.
• Monitor IQA daily output, backlog, and high aging parts waiting IQA inspection.
• Elevate quality incidents to Manager and coordinate lab analyses.
• Prioritize incoming material inspection to support production lines.
• Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 and related quality standards.
