Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four to six years of relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and working with standard processes.

Responsibilities

• Receives daily production schedules and materials; coordinates inputs to achieve on-time production within budget.
• Identifies bottlenecks and guides teams to improve processes to meet quality metrics.
• Directs and trains a diverse group of employees to achieve high production levels under deadlines.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers and participates in performance reviews.
