Responsibilities

• Receives a daily production schedule from planning and coordinates inputs and resources to meet on-time production targets.
• Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in the production process.
• Manages controllable operating expenditures such as scrap and consumables.
• Leads and motivates a diverse team to achieve high production levels under tight deadlines.
