Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Team Leader, Operations Quality 2 in Richardson, TX, to oversee shift planning, defect review and team training. You will monitor performance, address attendance and discipline, and drive resolution of quality issues, coordinating with Quality Engineers and a Manager when needed.

The role requires knowledge of IPC-A-610, ISO standards, and AQL, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver continuous improvement in manufacturing quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in quality leadership or supervision preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610, AQL and ISO standards helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Quality Support staff (Q.S. 1-3) and oversee shift plans.
• Review defects, report findings and drive corrective actions.
• Supervise attendance, performance, and discipline within the team.
• Escalate quality incidents to the Manager when needed.
• Review Quality Instructions and provide feedback to Quality Engineers.
