Job summary

Celestica, Inc. seeks a Specialist, Operations Quality to lead quality excursions, oversee product and material quality from NPI to mass production, and develop quality control plans. You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and lead audits to ensure ISO/IPC compliance and supplier collaborations.

This role supports Celestica's global manufacturing network and data center solutions. Ideally 4–6 years in a similar role with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong knowledge

Qualifications

• Lead the team to handle all quality excursions independently, and take effective actions on time.
• Oversee the product & material quality from NPI to mass production.
• Develop the quality control plan for respective area (material/process/product).
• Monitor and report quality KPI for internal (factory) and external (customer).
• Drive continuous improvement to benefit customer, CLS and supplier.
• Develop and maintain internal quality system, procedures, work instructions and workmanship standards.
• Lead process/product/system/supplier audit and improvement actions follow up (ISO, compliance, safety).
• Follow up EC/SPCN to ensure changes are implemented timely and accurately.
• Coach junior quality staff to improve their quality knowledge.
