Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in quality roles in similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO and IPC standards and processes.
• Proficient with quality tools (FMEA, PMP, SPC, 8D) and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to handle quality excursions and take on-time actions.
• Oversee product and material quality from NPI to mass production.
• Develop quality control plans for material/process/product.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement to benefit customers and suppliers.
• Lead audits (process/product/supplier) and follow up actions.
• Coordinate EC/SPCN changes to ensure timely implementation.
• Coach junior quality staff to improve knowledge.
