Job summary

Celestica specializes in quality and manufacturing solutions, overseeing quality from early development through mass production. The Specialist, Operations Quality will lead a team to address excursions, develop quality plans, and monitor KPIs for both internal factories and customers.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years in a similar role, a Bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of ISO/IPC standards. Responsibilities include audits, EC/SPCN follow-up, and coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Lead the team to handle quality excursions and take timely actions.
• Oversee the product and material quality from NPI to mass production.
• Develop the quality control plan for material/process/product.
• Monitor and report quality KPI for internal and external customers.
• Drive continuous improvement to benefit customer and Celestica.
• Develop and maintain internal quality system, procedures and standards.
• Lead process/product/system/audit and follow-up actions (ISO, IPC).
• Coach junior quality staff to improve knowledge.

Responsibilities
