Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Corporate Quality Specialist to champion Dynamic Quality Systems and drive data-driven improvement across workforce development projects. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, audits, and policy guidance to ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of quality-focused experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to support regional and corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive relevant experience in quality monitoring and training.
• Knowledge of WIOA, TANF, SNAP/FSET, ES/UI and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the maintenance, enhancement, and adoption of Dynamic Quality Systems to support operational excellence across workforce development projects.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver quality monitoring activities, training programs, data tools, performance reporting, and other quality system resources.
• Lead root cause analysis to address quality deficiencies or compliance gaps and provide training resources.
• Conduct virtual and onsite quality audits to assess compliance and support improvements.
• Serve as SME on new local, state, and federal guidance and advise on policy implications.
