Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with WIOA, Welfare Transition, SNAP, ES/UI, TAA and related Workforce programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use software for reports, analytics, and data entry.
• Strong data entry skills and clear communication across formats.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews using sampling, auditing, and observation to ensure policy and contract compliance.
• Review eligibility and expenditure requests as applicable.
• Monitor files, reports, and payment requests for compliance with requirements.
• Document staff performance and identify coaching or training needs.
• Prepare monitoring documents and reports for performance improvement.
• Effectively communicate data findings to inform improvements.
• Coordinate with management to schedule staff training sessions.
• Develop and administer training programs in various formats.
• Review procedures to ensure compliance and provide technical assistance.
• Maintain records including training schedules and attendance.
