Qualifications

• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with WIOA, Welfare Transition, SNAP, ES/UI, Trade Adjustment Agreement (TAA) and related programs.
• Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to clearly communicate via presentations, in person, written, and oral.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews using sampling, auditing and observation of work-in-progress.
• Review client eligibility and expenditure requests.
• Monitor files, reports and payment requests for compliance.
• Document staff performance and coaching needs.
• Prepare monitoring documents and reports for performance improvement.
• Communicate data findings and recommendations effectively to management.
• Coordinate with leads to schedule training sessions for staff.
• Develop and administer training programs in various formats.
• Review procedures and provide technical assistance for quality improvement.
• Maintain records including schedules, attendance and pre/post-test evaluations.
