Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Oklahoma is seeking a Manager, Quality Systems II to lead the plant's quality and food safety programs, owning the FSQMS and ensuring compliance with SQF, FSMA, FDA and customer standards.

You will head the Quality Systems team, drive continuous improvement, manage audits, CAPAs, and collaborate across operations, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and R&D to safeguard product quality and regulatory compliance. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of SQF, FSMA, HACCP, FDA regulations and beverage manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with SAP.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive results via root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead site SQF Practitioner / food safety leader in compliance with SQF, FSMA, FDA, GFSI, and customer requirements.
• Oversee Quality Systems team ensuring certification readiness and audits.
• Own continuous improvement of quality and food safety systems including HACCP, preventive controls, SQF elements, allergen/organic programs, GMPs, supplier approval and traceability.
• Ensure validation and verification of food safety plans and controls.
• Act as site owner for audit systems and regulatory inspections; manage CAPAs.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Sanitation, Supply Chain, Maintenance and R&D on quality issues.
