GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Quality Systems to drive training and onboarding programs and conduct internal audits for process compliance. The role splits time between Training and Internal Auditing in a hybrid, first-shift setting (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM).

You will manage the QMS Employee Training Manager system, prepare status reports, and deliver hands-on training on operational standards. A High School diploma or GED plus 2 years of experience and strong

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to mentor and coach employees.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read SOPs and conduct hands-on training.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate processes for compliance with quality requirements.
• Assist in development of audit plans and schedules; conduct quality audits.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes.
• Schedule and conduct new hire onboarding and assign training roles.
• Audit onboarding training completion and manage training records.
• Train employees on operational standards and procedures.
