Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across the site. You will oversee policies, training, and audits to ensure compliance with international standards and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 2 years of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and a flexible schedule. A bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field is preferred, with managerial experience a

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience (preferred).
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute the QMS according to documented policies and procedures, meeting applicable quality standards.
• Review the QMS at planned intervals to ensure continuing suitability and effectiveness, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide high-level reporting on system performance and recommendations for improvement.
• Serve as the site audit authority for internal and external audits.
• Post quality policies and training to ensure understanding and implementation at all levels.
• Ensure training status and setup is reviewed and training requirements are met.
• Execute corrective and preventive actions and verify the solution is implemented.
• Implement quality initiatives at facilities as required.
