Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the Quality Management System (QMS) at our facility. You will implement and maintain QMS processes, drive continuous improvement, and support audits to ensure compliance with international quality standards.

The role involves reporting on QMS performance, coordinating training, and leading corrective actions. A background in logistics, 2 years of supervision, and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or 3PL experience
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP, LEAN, QMS and audits
• Knowledge of OSHA/EHS/MSDS regulations

Responsibilities

• Execute the QMS per documented policies and applicable standards.
• Review QMS at planned intervals for suitability and effectiveness.
• Provide high-level reporting on QMS performance and improvements.
• Serve as site audit authority for internal and external audits.
• Post policies and train staff to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Review training status and setup at required intervals.
• Execute corrective and preventive actions and drive solutions.
• Implement quality initiatives at facilities as required.
