Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Training and CI to support facility performance. You will lead onboarding and required training, ensuring accurate records and adherence to safety and quality standards.

This role partners with site leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational consistency. The position requires 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility to cover multiple shifts as needed during

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate new-hire onboarding and required training.
• Deliver training including dangerous goods awareness, battery handling, powered equipment, and lockout/tagout.
• Maintain training records and ongoing documentation for warehouse processes.
• Lead or support facility Continuous Improvement activities and audits.
• Assist with project intake, tracking, and closure of improvement opportunities.
