Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing, packaging or distribution facility.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for checking in all drivers and verify documentation.
• Coordinate loading/unloading dock activities and trailer movements.
• Coach, schedule and train Quality Assurance Technicians, covering for them as needed.
• Oversee the nonconforming product process.
• Work with departments to facilitate timely release and disposition of products.
• Communicate quality exceptions to customers and carry through to completion.
• Perform daily performance audits of Quality Technicians and review quality records.
• Participate in root cause/corrective action investigations.
