Job summary

ID Logistics US seeks a Quality Compliance Specialist at our White Haven, PA site to maintain quality system records, update SOPs, and ensure documentation meets QC requirements. The role emphasizes audit readiness and precise recordkeeping.

You will investigate inventory discrepancies, support corrective actions across DC5 accounts, and work with SAP/Swisslog/PKMS/Manhattan systems while leveraging strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
• Must wear PPE (gloves, eyewear, hard hat, etc.) as required by safety policies.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems (SOPs, Monthly Quality Training).
• Keeps SOPs up-to-date and compliant with QC requirements.
• Ensures documentation and communication comply with Quality Requirements.
• Maintains inventory accuracy for DC5 accounts and investigates discrepancies.
• Investigates inventory discrepancies and determines root cause.
• Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, and Manhattan systems.
