Job summary

ProTrans International Holdings seeks a Quality Specialist to support the Quality Management System across transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations. You will help maintain records, assist audits, track nonconformances, and drive corrective actions while collaborating with locations nationwide.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in quality or logistics, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and quality-tracking tools. Travel to various sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in quality, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting audits and corrective action processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred).
• Ability to interpret procedures and apply them in operational environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support QMS day-to-day execution and compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
• Assist with audits, documentation, and follow-up actions across locations.
• Track nonconformances, incidents, and customer complaints and support corrective actions.
• Collect and report quality KPIs and performance trends for leadership review.
• Assist with training and updates of quality procedures and work instructions.
