You’ll act as the first point of contact for field questions, review technician reports, and help train staff on hands-on customer service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Several years of field experience as a portable fire extinguisher technician.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 10 and applicable state and local codes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to train and mentor technicians.
• Computer skills and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment and random drug screening.

• Resolve customer complaints at the field level and assist technicians when service falls behind.
